There is not much left to say. We are wrapping up another successful field/lab season. The sun is getting lower in the sky, sea ice is on the move and ships have been visiting McMurdo. Last weekend we had a Chinese icebreaker here and now a British Navy ship is right off shore.
Elsa and I have been working on analytical data and cleaning up the labs, doing the final sample cargo shipments and close out for the season. Elsa and I are both scheduled for redeployment tomorrow, she is on the first of three flights and I am on the last one. We are almost done!
